I had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s when purchasing my AO Smith gas water heater. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional. A huge shoutout to Beth and Ryan C. for going above and beyond. Not only did they help me select the right unit, but they personally called the factory customer service to secure reimbursement for me and made sure the warranty for the tank was fully set up. They handled everything. Both of them were polite, professional, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process — which, unfortunately, is not always what you experience in customer service interactions these days. This is the worst customer service. I’ve experienced my entire life. I spent over $2000 purchasing a fence From Lowe’s. I purchased three gates and NONE of the gates came with the pickets for the gates. This was not noticed until it was after the return date because the contractor was unable to install the fence for some time. I went to Lowe’s and spoke to the ‘Pro Desk’ to get assistance. When the kind customer service rep was unable to help me Manager come out to speak with me-Carl Landers. Carl did not apologize for Lowe’s not sending the pickets. He simply implied that that’s never happened as if it were impossible as if I were telling something untrue. He referred me to the manufacturer Told me he was unable to help. I’ve left the manufacturer multiple voicemails explaining the reason
My husband and I went in and purchased 3 items a new electric range a microwave to match it and a Bosch dishwasher and we had planned on going back for a new updated fridge. James came over from another station and helped us and he was great there were problems with putting all 3 on my husband's Lowe's card ....why Heck if I know so in the end I just put it on my debit card. If James wasn't so helpful and obviously trying we would have walked out. Next we were told the dishwasher and micro were in stock and would be a faster delivery but the electric range was not in stock so it would have to be ordered. So we said ok. We'll the next day a we get a message that the range is coming the next day ....great ...and it did but I'm still waiting for the dishwasher still never got delivered. The
We have had 2 very bad experiences here recently. First,we wanted to buy linoleum flooring. The machine wasn’t working to unroll and the associate stated ‘you can’t buy today’. He didn’t even try to unroll and just measure the linoleum and cut by hand. There were 3 of us and my husband offered to help him. We had been to this store looking at linoleum 3 times prior and were not told machine was broken. A week later we wanted info about toilets-we were told the ONLY person that could help us was on break for an hour!!!really? On a Saturday,no one else was available?? Will not be returning to this store!!
I bought 2 only needed 1 and lost a receipt for an almost $70 item... they wouldn't accept a return for store credit even though the item was in a sealed(unopened) new package in perfect condition.. I guess I go orange over blue from now on... Lowe's managers don't care about their customers, sad
