John at AEY took good care of us after our home was damaged by a hale storm. They worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was handled in a fair manor. When communicating, John always answered immediately to my concerns and took care of them. AEY was a pleasure to work with in getting the job done and were very helpful at getting the right people to do the work that was needed.

We chose AEY because John was super knowledgeable about the product, and corrected some things that others told us (that we knew were incorrect). He was also the only person to climb on the roof during our initial consult. There were a couple of hiccups. I chose the incorrect color, and John showed such patience with me, allowing me to change the color mid-way through the project. This threw the schedule off, and the crew that came out later once we got the correct color made some errors in the installation process. John was very responsive and he and his sales team worked so hard to correct the mistakes. He wouldn't accept payment until the job was completed absolutely correctly!
