AFC Flood and Fire

AFC is a great company with amazing employees! First Roberto came to my home on a Saturday afternoon in less than two hours of my flood. He was able to pin point the issue and took immediate action. The next day James, Ucker, and Diego went to work addressing the issue. These guys where respectful and knowledgeable. From the beginning to the end of the project Francisco the GM was in constant communication with my wife and I. He explained every step in the process and was always quick to respond to any issues or concerns we had. Thank you AFC for everything!

I contacted AFC Flood and Fire after noticing water damage on my ceiling. With my husband being gone, I panicked thinking the worst and concerned that I would get screwed over by a random plumber. Fred from AFC came out the next day ( they offered same day appt but I was unavailable) and inspected the areas of concerns. He was very professional, empathetic to concerns, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and easy to communicate with. He walked me through his whole process. Luckily, nothing was of major concern and no major repair needed to be done. I will contact them again if any other issues arise as I know I’ll be in good hands.

I woke up one morning with a water leak coming from the second floor bathroom onto my kitchen on the first floor. AFC crew showed up immediately after the plumber fixed the leak. Christian, Diego and Felipe quickly get to work and located all affected areas. Then they expertly set up all equipment necessary to dry up everything and contain the spread of mold. I would not hesitate to recommend AFC to all my friends in time of emergency.

Cisco from AFC is amazing. He helped guide me through the process while chaos was happening in my house. Not only was he honest, professional, highly experienced, but his service was super quick and he came out immediately to prevent further damage from occurring. He worked with my insurance adjuster so that I could focus on my home crisis.

Very pleased! The team (headed by Fred - Jason , James , Christian , Oscar , Cisco) and Carrie from the office. were all very polite and professional, assisted each other as needed.
