Even better she was able to get Ernie here next day for initial appt. She ordered parts the morning after and once they arrived had my repairs scheduled for the same day! Ernie was punctual, quick, informative, friendly and even helped me search up a tiny part that I was missing and recommended proper water valve line that previous homeowners improperly had from the wall to fridge! Just to be clear this was after having an absolutely horrible experience from a previous contractor who was assigned to my service request by first american home warranty and left me waiting for 2 months without a refrigerator! Very grateful to Affordable Appliance for taking care care of my refrigerator and freezer needs!! My ice maker was not working and also the thermostat in the fridge was not working properly. Affordable Appliance was FANTASTIC to work with!! The technician, Ernie, was so knowledgeable and so pleasant!! He diagnosed the problems quickly and returned to fix everything quickly, as well. The scheduling staff was amazing, very prompt and courteous! I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with!!! Affordable Appliance is AWESOME!!

Terrible experience. Had an appointment to fix a flickering stove - they did adjust their schedule to come at a time that worked for us, but the rest was very unprofessional and just cost us our service fee and zero fix. -Technician arrived and looked at our stove, left within 5 min. -listed appointment and service as complete. -I called, and was told the stove was supposed to flicker as that is how it operates (incorrect, stove started flickering and clicking loudly a few days before this) -I explained the issue and he said maybe something is wrong, but he’d need to call in GE because the unit had no serial number… I lifted up the unit and immediately found the serial number on the bottom. -he said he’d look into it -I texted pictures and videos with no response -tried calling him and n

This company failed to accurately report the issues with my dishwasher to my home warranty company to the extend of falsifying what was wrong with it (most likely to total it out and charge more money to the warranty even though a new appliance is not needed or desired). They are impossible to get on the phone nor did they even show up on time for that one initial inspection. This ordeal has been over the course of a month and now my home warranty (Orhp) say I need to pay for another provider and have them dispute the false claims . DONT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Complaint about: Jessica Hixson. We were assigned to Affordable Appliance Repair by home warranty - they came out and evaluated our oven and claimed it as dead. They submitted for a new oven to be replaced and it was delivered over a week and a half ago. Left a message about it being installed and they never called me back. I called the office this morning to inquire about instillation and Jessica was already angry about something, not sure what. I asked when it would be installed and she started accusing me of yelling at her and my husband can verify that I wasn’t.
