Jared is knowledgable, professional, a pleasure to work with, and fixed my washer to perfection at a reasonable price. All of this, and he kindly endured my husband and I questioning his diagnosis of the problem with patience and kindness, let us work through "our" idea while teaching us about how the machine works, and then kindly fixed it the way he knew it needed to be fixed all along when we turned out to be wrong (of course), patiently educating me along the way, so that I can be better at maintaining my machine, moving forward. Additionally, he worked to obtain parts for me at the lowest costs possible. It is a rare gem to have someone this knowledgable, experienced, professional, helpful and reliable in this little town. Coastal Bend Appliance wasn’t able to come out and help me but they were kind enough to talk me through how to DIY repair my dishwasher over the phone. I asked if I could pay him for his time and he declined, very courteous and I couldn’t recommend highly enough based on costumer service.

In Port A on vacation and the fridge in my camper was giving me trouble. They answered my call and my questions. if I need to get parts or service they will be my first call.
