this is a great team to help you with your appliance issues. Katie, who answers the phone is knowledgeable and very helpful in scheduling appointments as soon as possible. Michael is the technician/expert that can help you with your appliances. He has lots of great tips and helped educate me regarding my washer and I need to use a specific soap to wash out from the washer detergent leftover from cleaning clothes. This detergent can clog the washer and prevent it from cycling through. I am really grateful that Michael took the time to explain this to me and gave me a few other great tips. I will use them in the future and recommend them highly!

Mike and his staff are simply amazing! I've never had an issue with them and have had many appliances fixed by them. They're always willing to go above and beyond to do what's needed to get my customer's appliances up and running again!

I would give negative stars if I were able. I see from the other negative comments, you have had the same attitude problem you did with me! I have PROOF from the repair man my homeowner's insurance company requested. He had come at 10am the SAME morning you came. When he arrived, my fridge doors were both open and the fridge was not running. NO POWER! He moved the plug from one outlet to another (we did that previously also) so he had room to pull it out. Somehow, the fridge came back on... I. HAVE. PROOF. it was not running b4 10am. You came at 1pm and told me there is no way my fridge would be this cold if it just came on hours ago. One of their employees name Michael came into my household and was very disrespectful to my roommate. He had attitude the whole time and didn’t even say anything and just bounce and when I called to bring up the situation they didn’t even answer the phone even the chick on the phone got little disrespectful so I he’s to take my money to a better company

I thought they were very nice when they told me to try some things before they came out and I paid. I tried them it didn’t work so I asked for them to come check it for me and see what the issue was. They said it would then be the control board without even actually coming and diagnosing a problem. And the unprofessional sarcasm isn’t it for a business. That’s weird and I don’t know who you guys learned business from but please go back to educate yourself on customer service you don’t just diagnose over the phone you actually come look at the issue!
