I highly recommended Kratzer Oil for oil purchases and for service. Every individual I have spoken with over the past two years has been friendly, and the oil prices have been competitive. I recently had my furnace and air conditioning serviced and I was very impressed with the technician (Gage). He was thorough, attentive to detail, organized, and invested extra care and time to ensure my equipment was running optimally. He was also very personable and didn't seem to mind answering all my questions. I will be going back to Kratzer for all my heating and cooling needs.
