My wife and I contacted Manny about putting a roof over our deck. The results were amazing. He estimated 2 to 3 days of work and was finished in 2 1/2 days. The quality of his work is exceptional and his carpentry skills were spot on. We will not hesitate to contact Manny for future projects at our home. He also is very reasonably priced. Manny is a fantastic contractor, high above all other contractors I ever used. Manny is very reliable, very neat and clean. He always takes an extra step for perfection and high quality workmanship. Manny is a very kind man with a wonderful personality. Our home has a very steep roof with many angles, also 140 years old. He made the roof look brand new along with some modern modifications. We are extremely happy with his work. He is the only contractor we will use.

My wife and I hired mannie to put siding on my garage and re-wrap the trim work around the doors. His estimate was very fair. Even when we threw him a few add-ons as afterthoughts he never faltered. He has a tremendous disposition, and his work ethic is impeccable. He is truly detail oriented, and does not get upset when you question him on his methods. It is extremely difficult to find someone of his caliber and knowledge. We intend to hire Mannie for several other projects around our property. He is tremendously personable and honest.

After meeting Manny, when he came to give an estimate, all those worries and fears were not even a thought anymore.
