Bryan gets 5 Stars , Sears home warranty services gets MINUS 5 stars. I was without AC 2 days shy of two months. Bryan was that diagnosed the problem correctly after two of the Sears technicians an one sub contractor. He kept me informed, when Sears couldn’t, he was here when he said he was going to be. Sears made four scheduled appointments, all no shows. He explained everything and got the job done. Thank You

He was not professional. Did not discuss the issue with me. When called to ask why couldn’t really give me an answer. I found him to be very rude. Instead he wanted to make it about others things when it was simply about common courtesy. So women-people of color give your money and business to those deserving. My tech was tgilbert.
