Affordable Drain Flow - 24 hour emergency service

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with Julio’s service. He charged us $700 for a frozen pipe leak repair, but did not replace the correct water heater. When I showed him that the area was still leaking, he promised to return the next day to fix the issue — but he never came back. He later texted saying he would refund the money, but the refund was never issued and he stopped answering our calls/messages and just vanished. This caused further delays to our project and significant frustration. While the amount may seem small, this reflects a serious lack of professionalism, credibility, and business integrity. We now have no choice but to pursue a legal claim. I would NOT recommend using a company that fails to honor its commitments and treats its customers with such disregard

Affordable Drain Flow is great! I highly recommend. Julio and his team are clearly experts in their field - professional and efficient. I needed 165ft of old sewer drains replaced. It was a stressful process for me. The entire project was completed successfully and I will be recommending them to others. They won't disappoint.

I would not recommend this guy. They just want to take your money and go. I called him to snake and hydro-jet my sewer pipe. When I try to follow up in a couple weeks, he did not even remember what he has done. Hardly can be considered as professional.

Julio came to my house, fixed the problem quickly. The charge is very reasonable. It’s a wonderful experience working with him.
