John came out to our home for pricing on our back yard fencing project. We did receive his quote in a couples days. The issue is we emailed Curt on October 26 and November 2 to give us an updated estimate on some changes we wanted for the fencing. Curt has NOT responded to these emails. Very disappointing in his customer service. What a shame your company will not respond back to this concern only respond with the standard auto reply just to show google you tried to correct this problem. To keep good faith with the review system. Curt should be reprimanded what a joke.

Nathan installed our fence last summer and Steve just finished our porch and front railing. Both were professional, very hard working and detailed in their installation. They took the time to clean up throughly as well. Appointment days and times were held with no delays. Highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Affordable Fence & Railing. In just a few days, owner John Sementelli and his associate, Vaughn, built an outstanding 6' privacy fence, picket fence, and new gate in our backyard -- all of which are outstanding in quality/sturdiness and appearance. Everything was organized and communicated well: Demo day, post-setting, framing/building. Some quotes from other businesses did not include demo. It's worth it -- one-stop shopping here. John Sementelli met with us, showed up on time, communicated professionally, brought us in to consult at times to make sure we were happy with a particular aspect of the job (weird backyard terrain we have vs fence height, etc). We had our wood columns and railing replaced on our front porch. Mark did the free estimate and answered all of our questions. The estimate was much lower than the competition. The project was scheduled quickly. Dennis did the complete job in 2 days. He was awesome. He was timely, personable and took pride in his work. We are so happy with the end result. It looks great and no more maintenance. Thank you to the company, Mark and most of all Dennis!

The crew at Affordable Fence & Railing put in our fence last summer and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was so easy to work with, punctual, and the quality of work is excellent.
