Professional and pleasant to work with. We ordered our replacement motor kit through Home Depot and they were the installer. Our issue was with the sensors, and another company said they couldn't be replaced without replacing the motor. This tech gave us the option to replace sensors only since the motor still worked without issue. We did decide to replace the motor too. That level of honesty was greatly appreciated. We will be using this company for our future garage door maintenance.
