This company is top notch! They got me scheduled and fixed the same day! The customer service on the phone was very professional and helpful. The technician Stephen had my AC unit fixed within the hour of me calling. I wish it was a cheaper fix but he was so kind and professional that I was put at ease. I can't believe how fast and thorough the work was done! I even signed up for one of their monthly plans! Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Came before noon,and my service tech Joseph was very pleasant and patient. He went over the steps he would use to replace my fan, and showed the price upfront! He went to work right away, and was finished in about an hour. He even cleaned up and showed me the completed project. Very professional!

My technician Coty was great! He was easy to talk to and really knew his stuff. He was able to figure out how and why my drains were clogged and had it fixed in no time! Plus I got it at a great price! I highly recommend Paschal

I was kept informed of all phases of their work. Garrett would show me what they were doing during the two days that they were working. I, appreciated the fact that I was kept Informed of every phase of the repair process. I have never been asked to come and look at their work by any service person that has done work at my home. Garrett and Cedric are very professional and hard working young men. If I ever needed work done for me in the future. I would not hesitate to call Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric. So far so good. I had a great experience. The house has never had a central heat and air unit and they fixed that problem. Right before this ice storm this weekend. The heat is working great. Corey was great on communication and going into detail about everything. I will do a update later
