He took the time to explain everything clearly and made himself available for questions, even after the inspection. When the first house did not work out, Bret stayed with us and was ready as soon as we found the next home. He made sure everything was up to code, safe, and livable, which gave us peace of mind, especially with young children. Overall, Bret was an excellent inspector and someone we truly trust. The BEST! I spoke with several inspectors, stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted!! I called Brett and I swear it was like a breath of fresh air. He actually cared! He could hear it in my voice….. I was over it! We talked, I felt better and I felt like I could trust his word in my home buying process. Great experience! Prompt and flexible for getting the inspection you need with real insight. Great guy who also coordinated with my realtor to make the time spent both enjoyable and seamless. I was able to be there to make plans for what I want to do in the home and he even gave some needed advice.
