They called ahead of the visit to ensure it was still a good time, reviewed our issue, provided guidance and completed the new installation in no time. I called around 8 am Monday morning. Ryne and Daniel got here pretty quick. They diagnosed the problem pretty quick. The part had to be ordered and we were told it may take a few days. To our surprise it came earlier than they thought. They had the part installed and our heat working again by 1:30 on Wednesday. Both technicians were very nice and respectful and seemed to know what they were talking about and what they were doing.

Affordable Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing did an outstanding job quickly replacing my hot water tank that ruptured last night. They were able to work me in the next morning. Ryan and Daniel arrived and confirmed I needed a tank replacement. They went back to their shop to get the tank and installed a new Rheem hot water tank. They were done in less than 90 minutes. They were very professional and made sure the area was cleaned up before they left.

It was a pleasure talking with Jeff and Ashley at the office today. Got my issues resolved and had someone scheduled to come out to the house on the same day. Dwayne brief us both on what he did for maintenance and what we had to do to resolve the issue if happens again. Thanks job well done
