I reached out to Affordable Home Inspections and received an immediate response from Chris, who made himself available to perform an inspection on a home that I purchased only a few days later. Chris was on time, thorough with his inspection and professional. Very nice guy. I received a thorough inspection report from Ashley within a day or two. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Recently had a home inspected by Chris over at affordable home and bldg inspections. He was fantastic! Everything was seamless from start to finish. He returned my text promptly and was able to see the home on a sunday (which really helped me out and was greatly appreciated). Chris was very thorough and did a great job of explaining things to me. He was patient with all my questions and i did not feel rushed at all. Chris gave me alot of useful tips that i can use. He had the report ready later that night as promised. Affordable Home & Building Inspections provided me with excellent service. Irene was very friendly, courteous and professional- not to mention fast to communicate back when needed. Jerry is a great guy- so pleasant to speak with. He inspected my home, including well water test, radon test, and the home inspection itself. He went through the home with a fine-tooth comb and found a handful of issues for addressing. Overall, I'm impressed with Affordable Home & Building Inspections. They even offer the service of returning to the home to reinspect any repairs that were agreed to.
