Joe's Plumbing & Heating

Scheduled service at my cabin to install main shutoff line. Had date and time all set. Drove 3 hours night before to cabin to meet plumber the very next morning. At the appointed time of arrival, I received a text that simply said he had to reschedule with no explanation. Do not count on this guy to show up even though you go out of your way to meet him. Very unprofessional and no regard for people's time.

Made an appointment with him to fix some plumbing issues. 2 weeks in advance. I drove 2 hours to meet him at a vacation home, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, or even called. This a-hole does not know the meaning of the word appointment. .Will never use him again, very, very unprofessional. I will give my money to someone else. This idiot does not deserve my business, OR YOURS!

We have used Joe for several years, he recently installed a new water heater for us and was very professional, arrived right on time and hauled the old one away.

If I could leave 0 stars I would... after several calls he finally came to give us an estimate. We called him back numerous times to do the work and NEVER came back to do work!!! Who does that?!?? VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!

Joe did a great job on our shower head, faucet and dryer vent. I’m about to use his services again.
