Brady M came out to address a clogged line from the house to the septic. After the initial diagnosis wasn’t promising and not much left to try, he took the time to go the extra mile and look into the issue further by sticking his arm down into the hole and found the actual issue, real badass move. Most people would have given the bad news and took off, but something didn’t make sense to him and he kept trying to figure it out until he got it. He than explained to me how to avoid the problem in the future as well as a few DIY tricks to try. Really great work ethic, people skills, as well as technical knowledge. Had my septic pumped this morning Aug 7, 2025. The service was fast and simple. The employee Troy I believe his name was. He was such a pleasure easy to talk to sweet guy and very professional. Have used many times but would no longer recommend. Price more than doubled once they found out the work was part of a home sale. Got greedy and lost the job and a decade of customer loyalty. Sad
