Affordable home services is absolutely my only choice for virtually any project or repair I might need in my house. Frank is a highly experienced and talented technician with years of experience. He is prompt, courteous, and always charges a very reasonable price for his outstanding work. He recently installed a reverse osmosis system in our house. Although there were some challenges given some of the plumbing and electrical issues of the existing cabinet space, he solved every one of them and produced an outstanding result! I highly recommend affordable home services, and commend the outstanding work of Frank Boyd.

Affordable Home Services Spacecoast LLC built a custom garage door for our storage building as well as a beautiful fence for the entry to our property. They both turned out great. Very experienced and high attention to detail. They have a diverse set of skills. Great carpenters and builders. They obviously take pride in their craft. Very knowledgeable and affordable, I will use them again for any projects I need.

We had them install a vanity and do a concrete countertop for us and also paint our guest bathroom and they did a wonderful job and were very professional and affordable. We came in under budget so we decided to have them paint a 2 bedrooms for us also. Couldn’t be any more satisfied with the work they did for us. We will be using them for again for sure!!

Frank Boyd, the owner, is fantastic to do business with. He promptly quoted us to fill in our 7 foot circle surrounding original concrete pad in backyard. Asked him for references which sealed the deal. He texted each morning to verify his estimated time of arrival and cleaned up neatly with great care to the property. Had him also fill in driveway gap by garage door , garage door frame gaps and fix trim that was peeling back. Will hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to our family, friends and neighbors.
