I spoke with Mike this afternoon and he fixed what the other gentleman did not want to touch. Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He knew what to do and fixed my problem with in about 10 minutes. He even gave me credit for the new remote and new key that I was forced to purchase from the other guy. Last guy kept me waiting about 45 minutes and still was not available to fix it. He even charged me for a new remote and a new key that I did not kneed. My car is 10 years old and I had problems early on and you had a wonderful service person that helped. After that nice experience I went back to Affordable Lock & Security Solutions. I am glad that I went back and worked with Mike. Such a wonderful experience. I have already referred him to my mechanic.

Gary was our technician, he arrived early and fixed our issue in under an hour. He was excellent and so personable, and kind. This company is affordable, fast, and excellent! They will absolutely be first on our list for any services needed in the future. Highly recommend this company!

Before coming here today, we went to a big box store to try to get a duplicate car key for an '02 Ford Thunderbird. After 2 hours of waiting, they were not able to duplicate the car key because they couldn't seem to program the chip. Drove past this place and met Mike, who duplicated the car key in less than 10 min (chip and all) for $20 less than Ace Hardware. Going to Mike for the rest of my life.

I called in January, requested to have some locks replaced, Lee came out that same day, he was very punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. He was very efficient, and had to comeback two days later to complete the job as he had to order some parts. He returned when he said he would , and I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with.
