I called these locksmiths and had them come out to repair a door lock. The tech came out and said would call back with estimate. Three weeks later and follow up calls to them no estimate nor additional information. Finally was told they could not fix a European lock. It is an American lock brand. I asked why no one called and told me. They lied and said they left message. Totally pitiful service especially fir a locksmith security business. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. KO

If I could give no stars, I would. We used Armstrong Lock for years with no issues, but as soon as they merged with Affordable Locks & Security Solutions the service, the quality, and the communications were so atrocious that I cannot believe that they are still in business. I am an Association Manager and on two occasions with similar requests the service was so bad that we had to hire another locksmit to fix the problems they caused. When we tried to work with the management of the company they refused to cooperate with us and refused to refund the money that was paid in advance for sub--par work. Use anyone else but them.

Very professional from start to finish. The delivery and installation was also top notch.

Greg arranged to view the door lock problems I had. He was on time and found a good solution to avoid replacing the entire entry door. He put a metal 'wrap' around the door knob area that was screwed into both sides of the door and also chiseled out some deteriorated wood from the door so now the latch is screwed into the wrap and not the bad wood. He also added a commercial grade latch strike into the door jam and several tapcon screws into the hinges so the entire door frame is secured to the block frame. All that and more for under $200.
