Affordable Movers

Do not use Affordable Movers. I was quoted a price over the phone and then was given an email of the price. I questioned the cost by text message on the quote because it was higher than what we discussed on the phone. Person came back and told me that sticking to estimate that was sent to by email. I agreed to estimate. After most of today, sitting here waiting most of the day and trying to find out why no one showed up and them ignoring me, someone finally called me back. I was told that I canceled the move. I said I didn't. She told me I did when I questioned the price over the phone versus quote by email. Come to find out that they canceled me and never told me that I was canceled. I told her I put in a new date and I was told that they would not service me. Even after I pointed out

Affordable Movers are promise keepers! Frank provided last minute labor for an out-of-state move for my mother-in-law. He was flexible with our schedule and sent, IMHO, two of the best movers the area has to offer. For so many reasons, from the worst snow storm the area has experienced in 15 years to the ongoing household chaos, Marques and Chris handled it all with grace! They were efficient in everything they did and were done with our move in under our allotted time! That would be enough, but they were so respectful, friendly and kind to all of us. I can’t say enough good about them or Affordable Movers. We teased with them that we were going to have them unload us in Texas! Call Affordable Movers, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the second time I've used affordable and they did not disappoint. Frank worked to accommodate my move despite the snowstorm!! Hunt and Drew worked so hard and cautiously. I am so grateful to this team. And I will NEVER use anyone but affordable movers!!!!

Zack and Dakota were our movers, super nice guys I highly recommend requesting them for your move if possible. They really went above and beyond!!
