Affordable Pest is good stars for traditional pest control however this one star is for the inefficient and ineffective way they have address our initial request with an issue with squirrels. I would have appreciated them indicating the truth instead of the inept way they approached diagnosing the problem and the miniscule service provided to mitigate the issue. In addition, we paid $1000 for this service under the guise that it was so expensive because it was on the roof which was 25ft high. Then a visual inspection was done from the street which was not appropriate for analyzing the problem. No one examined the area that we reported for the problem and we mistakenly thought they knew what they were doing. Since my initial request for service around September 11th, they have cancelle

Did not disclose previous treatments ikon a property during inspections. Administrative staff told me I’d receive a call from the owner, never did. Called back and was told they won’t call me back and to do whatever I needed to do in small claims/complaints.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. They work efficiently and provide great service. We've been using Affordable Pest Control for years. When we moved into our home we were faced with major bug issues. APC was persistent in ridding of our home of the unwanted guests quickly, but we've kept our monthly service for added peace of mind for our family and pets.
