They installed a fence less than a year ago. The gate hardware was installed incorrectly so that it wouldn't shut. The gate started to lean and now will not close without lifting up on the gate. They claim someone damaged the fence causing it to lean but I can't see any damage. They also left the little tags in the wood slates at the bottom of each piece of wood.
I have been trying to reach the company for months and no one is calling me back. I have left multiple messages. Very poor service, if you get your patio done with them, don't be fooled by the warranty because they won't answer you back when something goes wrong. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Anyone interested in a five star product these are your guys. From start fo finish a wonderful experience. Thanks guys! Looks amazing. Allscapes Outdoor.
