Not a customer. But imagine you buy a new car. As anyone knows car payments are thru the roof. Only to have people blowing leaves grass and any other debree from the parking lot into and on your car with no reguard to the potential of damaging your car's paint job. This is this companies practice. My car was clean when i went into work this morning to only have debree all over my car which I haven't even made my first payment on. Try doing this when cars arent in the parking lot.

Absolutely worthless. ALL OF THESE HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED TO BOTH WORKERS AND AREA MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE YEARS. They mow the grass every 10–12 days at best—often at speeds that feel dangerous—trim the edges only every other month, and let weeds completely take over. Worse, they shamelessly blow debris, garbage, and the remnants of their own work onto homeowners’ yards and driveways. And of course, they focus mainly on the community’s main roads, which they do only marginally better.

These guys service my HOA and pretty much just blow leaves and debris from the sidewalk into our driveways and vehicles. Pretty useless service.

Ruppert landscaping services my neighborhood, they recently came thru and cut my cable line during a mulching service while i was home. I've got pictures of the employee using the machine, the line they cut. To make matters better they blamed the cable company for the damage they caused saying "we will not accept responsiblity for this". Then a act of vandalism as they return to the scene days later and removed the cut cable property of comcast. We caught them on 2 different ring camera's . Do not hire this company.

Our development just signed on with Ruppert and I wanted to say what a great job they did. The neighborhood looks great. Happy to have a well known company doing our landscaping.
