We recently had a house addition put on along with a whole house exterior remodel of new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, front porch, garage door, and concrete approach done by Kyle and his teams! Kyle was great to work with and was upfront with his estimates with fair pricing and explaining in detail about prices for every aspect of the whole exterior remodel. He always had very good communication and went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. His crews were professional, on time, and left a clean work area when they were done with the project. Our house we are remodeling in Delta,Oh was way over due for a new roof replacement. It had the old Cedar Shake Style roofing and needed a complete tear off and all need sheeting. Out of the 7 different companies we had come out and do estimates, John was the most professional and affordable contractor. He was straight to the point, honest and didn’t bullshit us around. He was the only one who actually got up on the roof and did measurements and checked everything out. Everyone else took pictures and did their quote that way. John gave us a quote and he stuck to that price. He did say they may have to replace some other stuff but wouldn’t know until they tore everything off. They did end up having to replace about 70 foot of fascia but it didn’t change the price much. His crew literally
