My husband and I reached out to Kitchen Center & Baths in Defiance, Ohio because they are a dealer for Showplace Cabinetry. While we are from Fort Wayne, we are building a new home out West and we weren't comfortable designing our kitchen entirely from a website. After speaking with Ashley, we were encouraged to visit their showroom and they would be happy to show us the cabinets and color samples, despite the fact that we wouldn't end up purchasing there. Bruce and Kurt went above and beyond to ensure we were confident in our door, wood and stain decisions, not only for our kitchen but also for our bathrooms! Kitchen Center & Baths is a wonderful local company that did an amazing job for us. We had a new kitchen installed and they did a fantastic job, we were very impressed. We will definitely be using them again when we need more work done.

Having lived in Defiance for years I know that Kitchen Center & Baths has a great reputation as the best in town. They definitely lived up to it in their work on our new kitchen. It looks incredible and I am thrilled we chose to work with them.

I contacted them in 2024 for a complete bathroom remodel. A gentleman came on December 12th to look at the project. He said that I should receive an estimate before the end of the year. I called in February of 2025 to check on project. I was told that the estimate was in the process but that an employee had quit and of course the holidays put them behind (? ). I have never been contacted................

It was a pleasure working with Kitchen Center & Baths. I was thoroughly impressed with the work that was done I will absolutely be using them again. I always feel comfortable working with local establishments especially when they are as good as Kitchen Center & Baths.
