What a wonderful and easy experience with this company. We were quoted an astronomical price from another company and it didn’t sit right with us. So we called Affordable Water Well Service & Drilling for a second opinion. They came same day and quoted us the same exact work previously quoted for $2500 less! Our technician Dillon was so kind, patient, and explained everything to us. He was able to replace our tank and pump same day stating he didn’t want to leave us and our horses without water overnight. Very professional, efficient, and excellent customer service! The man who digs the Wells was nice respectful considerate and helpful. The woman on the phone when you call for information or help was impatient, politely rude and made me wonder if I really want to use them...........................its now been about a year ago that i wrote a sorta bad review here. I've since spoke with the lady at this business and I've changed my mind about them. I think maybe I caught the lady on a hectic day. We all have them. I've used them twice now. And they have been great. I would recommend them. They are honest and reliable. I like the fact that I can trust them to fix the problem even when I'm not home.

Affordable Water Well Service is awesome and affordable. My well was popping the breaker to the pump, and I was hoping it was not the pump. Brandi was able to get to my problem in 2 days. The service gentleman that came out was awesome, and said it was not my pump or the pump control box, but it was in the wire between control box and well head. Having just uncovered the lid for one of the septic tanks I realized I had nicked the wire between the control box and well head. After a proper repair my problem was fixed. These folks are Honest, Affordable, and Friendly. This is the second time I have used them(first was to replace an old tank, and bad pump control box) Thanks for a great job.
