When we were considering a builder, we already had our house plans drawn up. Our first meeting with Jonathan Cortez and his team went well. We were asked so many questions on want we were looking for our forever home. Having 7 children and lots of grandkids we said we needed plenty of space for them all. Jonathan was able to quickly see ways to improve on the space we needed. Lisa and I were blown away with our new and improved house plans. Anyone who has built a home know it doesn’t happen overnight. Edge crew kept us up to date with each step. Every crew they had were easy to work with. No matter the questions we had or the request we made, Edge Crew came through for us. Lisa and I found Jonathon had a gift for seeing the end design. We depended on him to help with inside colors

Before we met Jonathan, we spent 5 months going back and forth with a local home designer - frustrated because we could not come up with a floor plan that we liked. A friend recommended Edge Crew, and we met with Jonathan. We spent a couple of hours with him, sharing the things we’d like to see in our house. A week or so later, Jonathan had designed the most amazing custom floor plan for us! Michelle worked very closely with me, helping me choose paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, etc. The whole home building process could not have gone any better. 6 years later, and we still absolutely love our home!
