AC stopped working, making the house feel like a sauna. Called Mann and they came out same day. Office dispatcher (Kristen?) and AC tech were courteous and responsive to my questions. Thank you to Harley for a quick repair and sharing AC knowledge with a first-time home owner. My pups and I appreciate the quality service and getting us back up and running.

Beat customer service ever. Called at 830 am. Harley was here by 1030 the most courteous young man! Very honest and very informative. He found and fixed the problem within an hour. I will be using Mann for my AC issues from now on.
