HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We originally had a good experience with this company when they installed sump pumps and French drains in our basement. But when they installed a sump pump in the crawl space of our new addition, they did a horrific job. We have had water pooling so badly by the foundation that the A/C units have sunk into the ground! John McManus, owner, refuses to make this right, will not return my emails/texts/calls and so we had to spend 3 DAYS CORRECTING THE PROBLEMS OURSELVES. The customer service is non-existent, the technicians are unqualified and the owner is rude and condescending to women. Beware: they will tell you their work is guaranteed but IT IS NOT. Off to small claims court...

Very impressive!! Highly recommend. Just had entire basement waterproofed including new sump pump, dehumidifier and mold remediation. A truly family owned business without any subcontractors that began work 3 days after agreement consummated. Finished work within one week of initial conversation. Mike Jr. communicated all aspects of job and plans for each stage. Immaculate cleanup after each day. Although we havent ben tested with heavy rain yet it is comforting to know that we have a system in place that will handle it when it comes.....

John came out to my home with short notice and plowed my entire driveway. He responded to my message immediately and was at my home by the following afternoon. I could not have asked for a more outstanding job completed at my property. My family is so appreciative to him for taking care of us promptly. John even sent me a video so I could see the work that was completed. Thank you for your hard work.

Words can’t describe how THRILLED & THANKFUL I am with the work that Affordable Waterproofing LLC did in my crawl space. Gary was awesome and provided me with such clear, detailed information- it was a no brainer to go with this company over the three other companies I had met with. Then Mike and his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND cleaning out the garbage, mold and old broken sump pump that had been there for way too long. They were so dedicated and hard working- I am beyond impressed and overjoyed with the final results- they did AMAZING!! I am so very thankful that I found this company!! Great people & great job!!!!
