Affron Fuel Oil Inc

I would like to thank Steve the owner of Affron for coming over to my house last Saturday and personally help me get my furnace running. It was 18 degrees out and we were faced with not having heat for the weekend. We have been customers of Affron for over 40 years. My father had our current furnace installed by Affron over 24 years ago. We purchase our oil through them and rely on long term relationship to keep our house warm in the winter. Steve said that 40 years means something a few times when he was here helping me! I couldn’t agree more and would recommend Affron to everyone that would like dedicated honest service.

Affron oil has supplied my oil heated properties for many years with courtesy and responsibly. I recomend them to everyone! There have been a few mistakes over the past 30 years and they have always be easy to work with to correct them. They are patient with my requests of how much did it cost to heat x last year? How many gallons?

I have lived in New Windsor my entire adult life and have always used Affron oil. Last week I ran out of oil, on a Sunday, at that, and although it was only slightly chilly out, I had no hot water. I have 2 children; my youngest is a baby. I called after hours inquire about an oil delivery and spoke to the owner of the company who said they had no driver on call since it's only the beginning of the season. He then told me he would come out himself to make the delivery. I felt badly and tried telling him I could wait a day but he insisted , saying he was happy to do it for me. I would never switch from Affron Oil. They know how to treat their loyal customers and would go above and beyond for them!

Do not order from them if you want to be scammed. Got a different price quote then what i was actually charged. And when I called to ask about the discrepancy the lady on the phone said something along the lines of we don't have to do business with them. And you know what we won't and if you are looking for an oil company and want to be taken care of, look else where is my opinion!

Great people and great service. Jennifer is a awesome person to deal with. I never thought I would laugh when I call to order heating oil. Great bunch of people.
