Craig and his team are exceptional! Not only did they finish our remodel on time and on budget, they also completed many additional requests that were not in the original scope of work. Craig and his team are professional, kind and courteous. They completed full renovations on our kitchen, primary bathroom, kids bathroom and laundry room. Craig's quality craftsmanship and knowledge are unmatched. I look forward to completing more home renovations with Craig and have already recommended him to many neighbors.

I couldn’t ask for a better contractor. I had a lot of problems with previous contractors and Craig helped me correct a mess that was left . Craig and his crew also put me in a new counter top and back splash that is gorgeous.. He also helped me pick out the colors . If I need anything all I have to do is call him and he will do the rest . Craig has fixed my floor, plumbing, heating and air unit and his quality of work is the best that I have seen. He thrives for quality and the best customer service .

Craig and his crew did an amazing job on my hardwood floors. The floors in my house were starting to look dated and had some water damage. Craig came in and fixed the water damage and made the floors look like I bought brand new floors. He was on time and very professional. Craig will be the person I used for any of my home remodeling.

I highly recommend AFH Properties and Craig Herpfer. I was kept up to date daily on what would take place, when they would be arriving and what work was to be done. They were prompt and true to everything they promised. The biggest thing for me was that they cleaned up every day - I never had to lift a finger, and other than the plastic that they put down to protect the carpet, you wouldn't have known they were there. The bathroom remodel is absolutely spectacular - they exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be using them in the future.
