His repair techs were extremely polite and explained everything they were doing to me, because I was nervous about it being the first gas furnace I have ever had. The temps were below freezing and After Hours Heating & Air was quick to respond. Sean and his team took this to task and made the required repairs and had the heat back on in quick order. They were amazing to work with! Came out to investigate why our dual heat system wasn't working properly. After checking everything, the thermostat was the suspected culprit so they ordered a new one and came back, rechecking everything and corrected some settings and working fine. No charge for the equipment since wasn't needed but will install if it acts up again. Would definitely recommend After Hours for your HVAC needs!
