The crew that worked our burned house was very courteous and thorough. They covered everything when cataloging our items, even digging through the ashes. Very well managed project.

I had a small kitchen fire on 22 July. I called my insurance company. They send out Vicari & Runner LLC right a way. Vicari & Runner got started the next week. They took a stressful time and made it very better. They came and cleaned my entire house, painted my kitchen ceiling, even installed a drop in stove, and hauled away the burnt stove. The people, Jeremy, DeDe, CJ, Kevin, (I am terrible at names and I know I am forgetting a few & I am so sorry) are very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. They felt like good friends coming over for a cup of coffee. If I have any problems in the future, I will definitely call them again.

I had water intrusion and buckling of wood floors, and they were out within 25 minutes of my after-hours call, explained everything beautifully about the increased moisture in the hardwood, and with their equipment, all the hardwood buckling after five days resolved and the moisture content decreased to normal! They were so professional and saved my having to replace all my hardwood floors. Thank you again.

Took a prolonged period of time to schedule someone to come out and mold test. No one followed up afterwards to let me know results. I had to reach out on 2 separate occasions to get the results. Don’t use this company if you want anything done a efficiently.

This company was contacted by my insurance company {GEICO} and arrived within one hour. After a inspection of the damaged areas two additional persons began placing blowers in the appropriate areas to begin drying out carpet/hardwood flooring. 2 dehumidifiers were also placed where needed. . The crew arrived when they said they would and removed the equipment and the area was inspected for mold/milldew and wa vertified as free from both. The whole experience was excellent; I highly recommend this company to any who require this type of service.
