I called John Heffley Plumbing about a leak I was having in my basement. First let me say that I love the way they answer the phone. They always start off with "its a great day at John Heffley plumbing". That starts everything off on a positive note. I told them my problem and they sent two guys out the next day. These two young men were very professional, polite and patient. The price was more than fair and the service was excellent. I wish I could give them more than five stars!!

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Tim and Noah for their extraordinary kindness and invaluable assistance they provided to my wife and me during a very difficult time. We recently received a cancer diagnosis, which has put a significant strain on our finances, making even essential repairs challenging. We urgently needed a new toilet, as our old one was in poor condition, and its smaller size made it difficult for both of us to get up and down, particularly given our current circumstances. Tim and Noah went above and beyond by coming to our home, assessing our situation, and generously providing us with a brand-new, chair-height, elongated toilet, which was exactly what we needed for comfort and safety. Spoke with someone last night about and issue at my senior mothers home and they had their guys on the job first thing this morning and had the issue resolved before noon. Could not ask for better service than that. Plumbing issues can be so stressful and they made it all quick and stress free! Will definitely use these guys again and will recommend the to anyone I can.

Had a question about our water heater, spoke with Tim who addressed our concerns, came out to fix it the same day, and even addressed another issue we didn’t know we had. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Will absolutely be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward!!

Have used John Heffley plumbing 3 times in the past 2 months once for my water heater at my store, dishwasher leak at my home and a toilet replacement at a rental property. Every time they showed up that day, on time, made the repairs in a timely fashion, explained what needed to be done and cost. No plumber is ever going to be cheap but I felt their pricing was very fair and customer service was excellent. I will definitly refer them in the future.
