AfterCare Restoration

We had a flooded basement and this company was incredible from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently to get everything cleaned up for us right before Christmas. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. During a very stressful situation, they made things so much easier. Highly recommend. We had a water leak and AfterCare came out for mitigation. They were here quickly after calling, the guys that came out were very nice and took care in moving things around to tear out what needed to be removed. They were here daily to check the progress and got everything dried out. Great customer service and would use them again if needed.

After Care Restoration did an amazing job with the water damage in my home. They were fast, professional, and kept me informed the whole time. The team made a stressful situation so much easier, and my house looks great again. Highly recommend!

I called about a water damage spot and mold issue we had on our ceiling. After sending photos it took over a week to get pricing. After agreeing to the pricing I was told that I would be receiving a contract shortly to review. It has been over a week with no communication and no contract, forcing me to go with a different company for the restoration. I would not recommend using AfterCare for anything that needs prompt attention, due to the lack of responsiveness.

I called Aftercare after a fire made my house uninhabitable. I don't think I could have made a better choice. All of the guys I worked with were super helpful and went above and beyond what I needed. They worked with me every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to making sure the construction was completed as good as new. They were very easy to stay in touch with and I had no issue communicating any of my concerns with them. I seriously can't thank everyone at Aftercare enough for making it as easy as possible to deal with the situation.
