I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bob and his team! We woke up to a septic alarm alerting us of an issue in our tank but we're unsure of the tank location. Bob put our minds at ease by walking us through the different scenarios and finding our tank! He pumped the tank and worked with JAW's plumbing to replace a 26 year old pump. Bob and Elizabeth have been terrific. We had to place an emergency call the day before we were set to go on a non-refundable vacation and Bob came through in a flash with a quick and accurate troubleshoot that got us back up and running. Bob is awesome and exactly the type of person/business we need more of in our community. He popped over to investigate an issue at our home, and he even kind of knew that it would probably be outside the realm of the work he was comfortable doing, but he came over anyway, checked it out, and helped get me in contact with the people in the area that ARE helping me out. In addition, he was constantly giving suggestions on strategies we could use to help extend the life and minimize future potential inconveniences with our plumbing systems.
