Wish they had negative stars .. We had them out to come and clean 2 bathrooms and a great room 24x24 they showed up on time and did an on the spot estimate. He started and I heard a noise that sounded like a buzz saw on my banister. I investigated to find the guy dragging 50 foot of hose up my stairs digging into the wood of the banister of my 200 year old home. Stoped him and told him the hoses are damaging my home. He then placed guards after the damage was done, why not put them on to begin with? Then he proceeded to literally ruin my bathroom base boards paint and trim. Left a splatter mess to cover our walls and base boards and heaters . “Ok all done” he says. I said we have a problem… he said “what’s wrong” … after I pointed out the mess and damage he acted as if it was no big dea

I couldn’t be happier with the carpet cleaning service I received. My carpets look great. All Clean was incredibly fast and super flexible when I needed the job done the same week. They worked around my schedule without any hassle. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Aaron, the technician (and my main point of contact), was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. This is the second time that we have used All Clean. I used them previously to clean carpets and tile grout. This time, I had the carpets in 3 high activity rooms and our stairs cleaned. They did a tremendous job of getting all of the carpets cleaned and refreshed. All Clean gave special attentions to our stairs, which were heavily stained. Now, they look like brand new! My friend recommended All Clean to me and I am happy to recommend them to others!!!

I had upholstery cleaning done, couch and 4 chairs. The couch and 2 of the chairs are white. I am pleased with the service, but have experienced some water mark stains. I was aware this could happen and was told what to do to help remove them. My efforts did not work, and would like a follow-up appointment. This was offered at the time of my initial appointment.
