A&G Repair Service

Very happy with A & G Repair Service. Will definitely call them again for any future needs. Had an old oven that needed repair and the repairman that came was very capable and knowledgeable. He also came out very quickly. The company was very honest and I felt I could trust their advice on what was wrong.

Had shane come and look at our dryer at my parents house. Came and said we needed clean the vent and secure it to the outside. That didnt fix the problem. Had another guy come out and said we needed new parts to fix the problem. He found the problem in minutes. Called A&G back and the man on the phone asked us demeaningly “did you clean the vent? Did you secure it to the outside?” We answered back with yes and said we wouldn’t have to do this if you knew what the problem was at first. He responded with, “You’re right. We suck and I’ll fire Shane on friday and close the ticket.”

One star, just for the techs who showed up, though the issue was unresolved. Greg is rude and disrespectful. Claimed my elderly mother was lying when he failed to call as promised for service. Told me to call their district manager and "give them hell" and hung up when I called to follow up on a repair September 22nd for an issue still unresolved since July (a part I can put on myself its so simple). Greg is unprofessional and speaks to clientele with disdain. Was sent here through warranty for my dishwasher; they should use another company so this poor service does not reflect back on them. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

Absolutely, one of the finest appliance repair services! Customer service is outstanding. You're notified of the timeframe you'll be called, and then it is followed up promptly with a courteous call to let you know the service technician is on the way. Nick is a most impressive technician. He listened and view the washing machine challenge, ran diagnostics to confirm and trouble-shoot for any non-visible issues, as well. My machine clearly is in caring and knowledgeable repair hands. This is not my first experience--same wonderful service about a year-and-a-half ago on another appliance. So, A & G is constant in being dependable and expert in the services they provide. Just a great experience the last time and this time. They are wonderful.

Awesome service! They handled the recall service on my Midea unit. As soon as they received the part they were able to come out rather quickly and performed the repair very efficiently. Communication from scheduling to post-service was excellent. Highly recommend!
