This team was awesome! From the first call, to the inspection, to the job, they were super responsive and professional. They were also very honest and put my mind at ease about what needed to be done and what was optional/could be added later. Extremely knowledgeable and realistic - they did a great job showing me pictures and explaining each recommendation they had. I had another company come out about a month ago to clean my chimney - they tried to scare me and quoted me double for the work that was “required.” Glad I got a second opinion - big fan of Chimney Bear!

I had a very pleasant experience from the two guys that came to do my inspection. McGill and the other guy, unfortunately I forgot his name. Don’t know how I did that as he had quite a Pleasant personality. They were both very good and professional, took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. In the back of my mind, I was thinking they were gonna come here do an inspection and tell me 100 things I needed. However, that was not the case, they did the inspection and only explained things they thought I would need to have replaced, which was not much at all.. I am a 100% happy and satisfied customer. We had our chimney Serviced for the first time and Andrey Did a great job. They were prompt and made sure to explain everything to me so that way I knew what needed to be done and what was done. They got everything so clean and left no mess behind! They made sure to put boot covers on as soon as they came in also which was very nice. We will definitely be using them from now on for any of our chimney needs and servicing. A great price for the service as well. Highly recommend!

Our damper wasn’t closing properly, so we called Chimney Bear, whom we’ve used before. They arrived right on time, did a full inspection, showed us what we were doing wrong (without making us feel dumb), and took care of everything on the spot. They were fast, friendly, and professional. We absolutely recommend them and will continue using them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
