Our technician Christina is amazing. She is always thorough and takes time to answer any questions or concerns we may have. We no longer have bugs in the house unless they are dead ones. After moving into our house, we had issues with spiders, ants, centipedes inside and outside.

I’ve used OPC (formerly EDGE, formerly SAELA) for at least eight years. I’ve had many technicians service my home and property, but the ABSOLUTE BEST technician is Christina. She’s professional, polite, thorough, knowledgeable, knows/remembers exactly what my home and property require. She’s helped me deal with spiders, ants, mice, voles. If I could give her more than a five star rating, I would. Thank you, Christina!

Everyone that has served us was very professional and polite. We had a big problem with mice and now they are gone. We keep up with the service quarterly. Worth the price.

These people are essentially scam artists. An Edge/Saela salesman came to my door just as we were dealing with a mouse problem. “We use state of the art techniques on mice,” he promised me. Yeah…their “state of the art” is the same Victor mouse traps I was using. Their secret ingredient? Bacon bits for bait. Not one mouse was ever caught in an Edge/Saela trap at my house. Moreover, they don’t call you to notify you of an upcoming service … I get an email the day before, with no service window or time listed. The service person we’ve had lately waits until he’s literally parked in front of our house to call me, and if I miss his call and don’t call him back within 5 minutes or so, he’ll walk around the outside of the house and leave.
