Be very careful if you are a small subcontractor. Watch for the lack of integrity and dishonesty. Watch for the just do the change order and we'll work it out at the end. What is said? What is in writing? Means nothing. Inexperienced Superintendents, covering up their ineptness and costing you significant dollars. All I can say is be very careful.
