Agnes Housekeeping

I rarely post negative reviews but after weeks of trying to patiently allow Agnes and her company to make right the service we received, and after not hearing back despite multiple attempts, I unfortunately am forced to leave a review to notify others to not use this cleaning company. We paid for a move out deep cleaning. When our cleaner arrived, not only did she not bring supplies (and asked to use the little we had left from our pile of supplies we had left to pack up), she left our house a mess. Not only did we not receive a deep clean, the bare minimum was not even done. I have attached photos of the mess that was left behind, which I have also provided to Agnes as proof of the job that was done. This service was good I got them for my boyfriend and one of there workers are very unprofessional she took off her jacket infront of my boyfriend and had a tank top on and trying to get his number after he told her he had a gf she kept pushing something that wasn’t going to happen I don’t agree with that at all I feel like if you are a cleaner you focus on your job and your job only not flirt with a man that’s in a relationship and I feel like they should know what they should be cleaning instead of going somewhere and not knowing what to clean.

The reviews I share are 99% positive. Very seldom do I give a negative review because I try to work it out with the company beforehand. Everyone makes mistakes or is just having a bad day. From the very beginning to find out information about a cleaning, I received no phone calls back. I came in contact with a receptionist who told me she was new and would have someone contact me because she did not know what was included in the different cleanings. This occurred twice. I even texted them to have someone call me back with no luck and stated i had called twice already. I did receive a text if i was in need of house cleaning to just let them know. Diana did a great job cleaning. She made my old tubs look so so much better! She is such a hard worker. I asked her to stay and help me for an additional hour. She was able to complete my long list of extras. I Will ask for Diana again . A very determined young woman. Agnus, thank you for being so accommodating.

I have tried three separate cleaning companies and Agnes continues to outshine the rest! You do have to supply your own cleaning products but I love that because we don’t use harsh chemicals! All of the cleaners I have met have been courteous, friendly and thorough.
