This was the work of an apprentice, and not a professional. Walls were to be sanded prior to painting, to remove dripping pain, and rough patches. The walls were NOT sanded, and the new paint was applied over the imperfections. Paint lines on the ceiling were not straight, neither were baseboards, nor trims. Some areas of the walls, you could see the original paint, which was not touched at all. There was a slop of pain on the floor. It appeared the paint brush fell, and it was obvious that no attempt were made in cleaning it up. Baseboards were cut in several pieces, which looked like a patch work, and an eye sore.
