Aiken Garage Door Repair

Shady business practices at this company. The business promotes free estimates and "quoted" $900 to replace the garage door opener. The tech then claimed that opening the unit to assess the machine was "doing the work" and tried to charge $200 after being on site for 10 mins despite the company claiming free estimates and me refusing to proceed with an overpriced quote. He said if I wasn't happy then he wouldn't charge to then ask for $69 for coming out. I'm pretty sure I zelled a personal account that was not a business entity. Stay away.

They are the best, very thorough. They addressed our problem with the garage door and gave us great information and all is well! Thank you for being available on a Friday night and quickly!

Didn't drag their feet, got straight to work, showed up on time, did a superb job, and didn't hustle me for cost. Can't ask for anything more this day and age where most contractors are swinging for the fences with pricing on every job.

Great job replacing the spring, and installing the new garage door opener and replacing the seal! We will definitely hire this company again if we ever need their services.
