John with Aiken Tree recently did a job for me by removing a fallen tree from a fence line. He was prompt, courteous, and competent. He patiently listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, and did what I asked. I particularly liked that he was sensitive to my concerns about heavy equipment driving through possibly soft turf areas on my property. Excellent service and great price too!

This company was great!! They took down a dead tree with a dangerous hanging limb from a small, fenced backyard and did an excellent job!! They are kind and professional, know their trees, and yield great results!

Called for an estimate in the AM. Booked an appointment for the PM. No one showed and no call. No response for four days. My wife called independently on Thursday and was told they couldn't do the job. The reason we were never called back was because "I've had a lot of calls." Well yeah" That's why they call it a business. Business acumen and customer relations - zero.

Great service! It was my first time having any kind of tree removal and I was very pleased !
