We had an excellent experience! Appointment was made promptly and Robert even arrived a little early. He was very professional, thorough, and efficient. Our bedroom carpets are 30 years old and he made them look new. He also did a wonderful job on our RV carpets getting out some stubborn stains

They did a great job at the office. He explained the chemical cleaning process and cleaned the carpets better than anticipated. Industrial site so grease and oil was tracked on carpet. I would use them again. Special bonus-smells better too.
