Cold weather coming in and my heater decides not to work. No worries cause Ainsworth has me covered. I called on a Saturday around lunchtime. At first I figured I’ll be waiting till next week for this repair. NOPE answered phone on the second ring with nicest person ever and said we will head that way. At first I thought I was dreaming but I wasn’t best and fastest service ever. And the price, well it was great as well. Thank you Ainsworth and Team for the great customer service!

Decided to give them a shot at doing our annual maintenance on our 3 systems that were installed in 2022 since they were our local Lennox dealer. They were only able to fully inspect 2 of the 3 systems as 1 of our thermostats was glitching and they could not access the menu. We have it set on a schedule so we hardly ever have to touch it. I told them it had started doing that several months ago and the tech said it was probably under warranty and he submitted it under warranty. He said we would hear back either same day or next day at the latest. I never heard back the next day, gave them a week and called back to check on it and they got my info to check into it and would call me back. They never called me back. Our service man was Logan. He did an excellent job with what I needed done to my a/c. He was knowledgable, communicative, and very professional and kind. Definitely recommend him if you need anything done.

Logan saved the day! After our AC totally stopped working, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very explanatory, took pictures and appeared to be meticulous as he replaced the blower motor, re-insulated the air handler cabinet and replaced the belly band - for a reasonable amount. Our older Rheem is able to last a little longer and we are pleasantly surprised at how much stronger and cooler our AC is now! We are grateful for Ainsworth and Logan! Thanks so much!
