Joshua and Jalen are top notch! I had an error on my Nest thermostat which resulted in not having any heat. I called Air Adviser and Joshua sent a technician the next day. Jalen accurately diagnosed my issue and, after speaking with Joshua, I learned the needed repair was under warranty, with another company! They could have easily charged me for the repair but instead, did the ethical thing, which is rare. I appreciate the prompt service, but more importantly, I was impressed by the honesty displayed by Joshua and Jalen. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Josh was immediately trustworthy. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He explained options clearly to help me decide.
